Wandering between two worlds, one dead,
The other powerless to be born, With nowhere yet to rest my head, Like these, on earth I wait forlorn. Their faith, my tears, the world deride-- I come to shed them at their side. ~Matthew Arnold, Stanzas from the Grande Chartreuse -------- What is this? Symbolism? Social commentary? Inner angst? . . .Or just an excuse to draw Max with his shirt open? ((*snort* o_0)) YOU DECIDE, TAFFERS! ((What do an Aztec sculpture, balloons, vines, and futuristic machinery have in common? "Hope" as in "Hope Drug," sillies. And, yah, I punked out on his scars and burninated skin. Maybe some other time. But the central figure started as a doodle in my American Literature II class. *halo* Done in mechanical pencil on printer paper, then scanned and screwed with Photoshop 7.0. |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board.
